Job Title: HR Executive
Position Overview:
This position offers hands-on experience in human resources processes, allowing candidates to gain valuable insights into employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. Candidates will work closely with the Head HR to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and contribute to the overall success of HR initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tracking progress on key HR initiatives and projects to ensure timely completion. Acting as the primary point of contact between the Head of HR and stakeholders. Collaborating with various HR teams to gather information and updates for the Head of HR. Ensuring seamless communication across departments on behalf of the Head of HR. Assisting in the development or revision of HR policies, handbooks, and guidelines.
Years of Experience- 0.6- 1 year
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/MBA in HR
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
Essential:
- Basic understanding of analyzing data for HR metrics like attrition, attendance, or recruitment success.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with HR software or employee management tools.
