Job Title:  Manager- HRBP

Position Overview:

The Manager- HRBP will lead strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a positive employee experience, and driving engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining HR operations, compliance, and policy adherence while administering compensation and benefits programs. By analyzing HR metrics and aligning workforce strategies with business goals, the HRBP supports organizational growth and cultivates a culture of inclusivity and excellence.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

      Employee Relations

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement areas.

      HR Operations and Compliance

    • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal details.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Oversee payroll inputs and ensure timely processing in coordination with the finance team.

       Policy Development and Implementation

    • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure employees are well-informed of organizational policies and benefits.
    • Monitor adherence to policies and address any violations appropriately.

       Compensation and Benefits

    • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.

       HR Metrics and Reporting

    • Prepare and analyze HR reports, employee satisfaction, and recruitment metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis.

       Strategic Initiatives

    • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational restructuring efforts.
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
    • Participate in strategic planning meetings to align HR goals with business objectives.
